I wanted to bring you a quick view from Disney’s Polynesian Resort.  These are a few images that I took on a recent visits.

Found At Night

There are many things that can be found at Walt Disney World at night, like this picture of Harper’s Mill. Don’t be afraid to bring your tripod with you to assist with nighttime photos. If you find that you use a tripod and are still getting blurry pictures, try using your delay shutter setting or a shutter release cable. This will help cut down on the any movement caused by hitting the shutter button.

Often Overlooked

Often overlooked for portraits and family photos is the Rose Garden. Here you will usually find that taking someone’s photo is convenient and easy. Typically people will be polite and stay out of your shot. Also there are not a lot of people visiting the Rose Garden that will get in the background of your picture. Just remember to be creative with the framing of your shot and the positioning of your subject. One of my favorite things about taking pictures here is that there is plenty of greenery  to complement flesh tones.

This time of year is a great time to swing by Blizzard Beach to take a nice swim, but don’t forget the camera. You just might miss out on some great pictures.
